Spices (including mustard), paprika, salt, dehydrated garlic and onion, turmeric, parsley, natural hickory smoke flavor, and silicon dioxide added to prevent caking.

Flavor

Tangy mustard and paprika up front, savory garlic and onion underneath, and a light hickory smoke finish. Turmeric gives the crust a golden color.

How to Use

Pat the meat dry and coat all sides generously. Let it rest at least 30 minutes, or overnight in the fridge, then grill, smoke or roast to a safe internal temperature. With no sugar to scorch, it holds up to hot-and-fast grilling as well as low-and-slow smoking. For vegetables, toss with a little oil first so the rub sticks.
