    I read your blurb on Southwestern Hickory and bought some for a friend. The other night they invited me over for some grilled salmon and baked potatoes with roasted red peppers and salsa. Little did I know they used all your recipes. The seasoning was amazing with that New Mexican Chili combination just the right flavor. The seasoning was so great especially when they added it to the butter and sour cream on the potatoes. And last but not least they made your Aloha Salsa recipe and placed in on the Salmon just like chutney...really great. Needless to say there were no leftovers.

    In the Northeast we eat a lot of Catfish so I was looking for something new to add to our regular cornmeal mix. A couple of fellas told me about this Jake's Southwestern dry rub. I got the link ordered the rub and I have not been happier! All I do is add 3 tablespoons to about a cup of mix and coat my fish. I like to fry it up and man...this is some good stuff. I get this nice light spiciness and new mexican chili flavor along with just the right amount of saltiness.
