Honey Barbecue Wings Homemade
Each of these recipes offers a savory, tasty blend of spices and seasonings, balanced with honey and barbecue sauce on chicken wings. The standard process of frying the wings first then moving them into a bowl and adding the coating followed by tossing the wings until they receive a complete cover the honey barbecue sauce.
We made these wings using the Mustard and Honey and Crispy Honey Barbecue wings recipes. I marinated the wings in the mustard and let the wings sit in the refrigerator for more than an hour. One thing is to ensure that the wings have been fully thawed before adding the marinade. When the wings are frozen or slightly frozen the marinade does not penetrate the skin or the meat to flavor deeply. I loved the awesome flavor and I used an orange honey to drive up the flavor of the wings. I made sure the wings were hot when I tossed them in the sauce. For best results ensure that the wings are hot and always serve them hot as well.
