Free Shipping offer is valid on Internet orders shipped via regular shipping (5 to 7 business days) for orders purchased and sold to destinations within the 48 contiguous United States. Free shipping applies to Jake's online orders. All Free shipping orders are shipped via FedEx ground and credit is applied at checkout for amounts equal to or greater than $49.00 USD. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion. Offers for Free Shipping do not apply to previous purchases.
All products will be shipped FedEx Ground unless otherwise stated. Allow 5-7 days for delivery unless you choose a faster method of delivery. Tracking numbers will be provided upon request. Track orders with the tracking option. Standard shipping charges will apply to all products shipped within the 48 contiguous states. Jake's will ship worldwide to any qualified shipping location via FedEx and U.S. Postal Service. Please note all Shipping outside of these United States may cost extra based on the weight and destination. All or any "free shipping" or "shipping included" offers will apply to ground shipping via a carrier of our choice and include only destinations within the 48 contiguous states.
Jake's provides a simplified returns process. We first ask that you contact our office at: firstname.lastname@example.org or 949-208-6185 with your notice of intent to return merchandise within 3 days of receipt if items are damaged for full return credit. On notice Jake's will confirm receipt of your notice and issue you a return code pending proof of purchase. We ask that all items be returned in original packaging with a copy of the purchase receipt at the receiver's expense. Please provide tracking number once the item(s) is shipped as Jake's tracks all shipments to destination. Once the return items are received and verified Jake's will replace and pack the shipment by the next business day using FedEx Ground shipping at Jake's expense.
Jake's guarantees all products to match their expiration dates and will provide replacement ONLY for the item(s) damaged. You may choose to receive alternate same value products pending receipt of the items at our offices. Jake's will notify you directly when the item(s) are received.
