Steak Rub Recipe Tri Tip and Rib Dry Rubs for Sale 5 Oz

Jake's Famous Tri-Tip Steak and Rib Rub for Sale 5 Oz voted best dry rubs recipe for ribs is a multi-award winning steak rub, tri-tip rub and rib natural dry rub is the achievement of 2 years of planning and development. We worked to create a steak rub that captured the flavor of the well known Santa Maria region famous for Tri-Tip roasts. The result of our efforts were a flavorful natural Dry Rub for Sale. Centered in the Santa Maria region we focused on what makes a true Western region steak rub. We wanted to learn cuts of meat, styles of cooking, seasonings and spices used and when the experts considered the best time to cook a steak. We traveled far and wide across states like Texas, Kansas, Florida, and more.

Almost every expert believes in using as little seasoning as possible and are focused more on the natural flavors of their steaks with simple amounts of salt and pepper. However, when they want to pick up the flavor of a steak they look to create a savory taste experience for their guests. Some season with garlic, pepper, and salt, while some will use kosher salt combined with paprika and onion powder backed by black pepper and so on. What we learned is there really is no perfect way to season a steak. Based on that we focused on a regional approach to steaks, ribs and tri-tip. Once our regionalized approached was completed we used our test seasoning as a basis for ribs and the flavors that make them so memorable. After a few hundred blends of spices and seasonings, we finally did it. A natural dry rub that practically demands to be used on steaks, ribs, and Tri-Tip.

The 1st in our series of BBQ Dry Rubs for Sale.

Our goal was to produce a marinating rub designed with Western style flavors that are deeper and richer in taste. One of our key beliefs is that we practice is that every great BBQ starts with your bbq rubs and of course the selection of good meats.  Our Steak Rub Recipe Tri-Tip and Rib Rub for sale produces a delicious brownish almost golden crust built on a base of selected coarse ground black pepper, garlic, onion, paprika, brown sugar to deliver a slight sweetness while giving the meat a golden brownish color. Smoked hickory salt, oregano, tarragon and more are added to complement and enhance the marination process.

Five Noteable Things About this Steak Rub Recipe
1. This rub will deliver mouthwatering barbecue without the need for bbq sauce.
2. This rub is made with all natural ingredients and no flavor enhancers.
3. The rub has a slight smokiness excellent for Tri Tips, Steaks, Ribs, Chicken, Chops.
4. The rub container allows sprinkling, sifting and spooning.
5. The rub is convenient in that it has a 2 year life and keeps almost anywhere.

The Tri Tip Steak and Rib Rub is not spicy unless you consider black pepper to be spicy. There is just a hint of natural smoke that does not overpower the flavor of the meat. You can achieve amazing results by shaking on then wrapping the meat and letting it rest in the rub. Grilling is easy just place on a grill with medium heat at about 225 degrees for slow barbecuing or 275 degrees for quicker barbecue. Of course higher heat requires more consistent watching of the flame to ensure the meat doesn't burn.

The rub produces a wonderful mouthwatering flavor and takes little to no time to do its job. The rub is perfect for power basting and produces flavors reminiscent of Texas, Mississippi, and Florida. Let it rest for 45 minutes to an hour to marinate deeply or leave on for overnight marinating to produce an even deeper flavor.

There are always questions about how much natural dry rub to put on a particular cut of meat as well as how much not to put on the meat. We've found that our natural Dry rubs work best when added generously, they add depth and peak flavor to almost any meat. A great rule of thumb is to add at least 2 Tablespoons of your favorite dry rub per side of steak, ribs, chops and more. Keep in mind that no matter how heavy the dry rub is added depending on your grilling method some of it will burn up or drop off during the transfer process to and from the grill and also in the handling process.

We talk often about adding a preparatory stage like yellow mustard. That yellow mustard is meant to perform double duty in that it helps tenderize as well as provide the vehicle for carrying the dry rubs. You can choose to add olive oil or other methods that will perform the same function.

How wonderful it is to be able to think about grilling in the morning and get it done in the afternoon. We know so many don't have this opportunity and can only perform the action in a kitchen oven. There's no need to feel landlocked because our easy to follow process make sure you have the same or similar experience that anyone else would have if they were grilling in the wide open spaces. So let's get started with this oven barbecue process. Using Jake's Famous Tri Tip, Steak and Rib Rub. Our Tri Tip, Steak and Rib Rub will enhance and improve the flavor of barbecue, barbecue ribs, chicken and even fish. But for this purpose let's concentrate on standard version pork ribs in the oven. Select your baby back ribs along with Jake's Famous Tri Tip, Steak and Rib Rub.

Follow our steps for proper cleaning and preparation of the ribs.

When complete prep the ribs with our bbq secret yellow mustard technique. Then let the ribs rest for at least an hour. Follow that by rubbing in the tri-tip, steak and rib rub. Once the rub is on let the meat rest for an additional hour. Set your oven to 350 degrees. While the oven is reaching temperature set the ribs on the counter so that they come to room temperature. Place the ribs in foil in a metal baking pan. Cook for about two hours and remove from the oven. Open just the top of the foil and add your choice of Jake's Famous BBQ Sauce for Baby Back Ribs covering both sides. When completely basted leave the ribs turned with the meat side up and the concave shape underneath. Turn the oven to 400 degrees as close to broiling without actual broiling and cook for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Our job at this point is to create a caramelizing effect on the top of the ribs. Once you see the sauce bubbling on the top of the ribs you can remove the ribs to the top of the stove or kitchen counter covering them with the foil.

Let the ribs rest in the foil about 20 to 30 minutes. Locate a bowl that can be heated and add some sauce to the table. Warm the sauce to your preferred temperature. After the resting period remove the foil and slice. Add inside pairings of coleslaw, corn on the cob and baked potatoes to make this meal stand out.

Here's an alternate recipe to make oven ribs using our Tri-Tip, Steak and Rib Dry Rub

1. Clean ribs and remove the white membrane from the back of the ribs. Tip: Use a paper towel to grip the edge of the membrane and remove with a slow steady force.

2. Season the ribs generously with Jake's Famous Tri Tip, Steak and Rib Dry Rub seasoning.

3. Wrap the ribs and let rest in your refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours and not more than 8 hours.

4. Preheat the oven to 275 degrees.

5. Place a layer of foil in the baking pan to catch juices from the meat.

6. Remove the ribs from the wrapping and place on the layer of foil.

7. Add the cup of Orange Juice to the bottom of the pan under the ribs.

8. Seal the ribs in the pan so that the meat will braise in the liquid.

9. Cook in the pan for 2 hours.

10. Collect the liquid from the ribs into a cooking pot.

11. Add the Honey, Jake's Mild BBQ Sauce, and Thyme.

12. Cook on High heat and reduce the liquid to a syrupy consistency.

13. Pour the syrupy sauce over the ribs.

14. At this point, you can use your grill or your broiler to create a glaze on the ribs. If using the grill bring it to a medium high heat then place the ribs on the grill for 10 minutes until grill marks show up. If using your broiler turn it to the broiler setting and place the ribs in the pan under the broiler for about 5 minutes. Check to ensure that the sauce does not burn.

15. After your perfect slow cooked ribs have completed cooking let rest for 3 minutes.

16. Serve.

We really like the above alternate method for making ribs. We find that the natural dry rub penetrates the meat event raising the meat to its peak of flavor. In addition, using Jake's Famous Mild Barbecue sauce combine with thyme just exceeded our levels and expectations for a quality result. We also like this recipe because a general novice can easily make these ribs right in their own stove or oven. The ability to manage heat for a consistent timeframe is what wins awards at barbecue contests not to mention the seasonings and end taste of the meat. Be sure to bring the sauce to a syrupy consistency this is needed to aid in the stickiness on the ribs. It will also help in producing a candy-like coating that will make your guests raise their eyebrows one they taste the results. Also, focus on getting as good a rack of ribs as you can. If you can buy your ribs at the butcher counter as opposed to a flash frozen plastic package then the better off the results. Give this recipe a try as soon as possible.
